We ship to North America, South America, Europe, Australia and Asia. Some exclusions may apply. When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges. Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order 5 business days after we receive payment from you. Shipping Times 3 - 7 business days for domestic shipping. 1 - 3 weeks for international shipping.
NOTE: OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS
CUSTOMERS are liable for any custom duties that may be levied by their respective governments. Please check with your local authorities about customs and taxes before placing an order.
NOTE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RETURNS:
If your order returns back due to bad or incorrect address you will be contacted 3 times and will be required to pay for the reshipping and for providing new address.
If all 3 attempts fail your order will be destroyed with no due recourse.
Click the Click the My Account at the top of our site to track your order. Your order status may show "processing" which means it is in production. When your order has shipped, it will show the status as "shipped". My order never arrived.

If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. Tracking numbers are also sometimes sent through a separate email and will not be displayed in “My Account”. In this case, please check your email inbox for the tracking numbers regarding your shipment. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance at 1-855-848-5545 An item is missing from my shipment
